Elements of the Vision

Chariots Of Fire Amphitheater

Touch of Heaven is to provide a World Class Christian Outdoor Amphitheater to host world class evangelical, worship, healing, and fellowship activities. The architectural and landscape theme is based upon the Old Jerusalem setting. We see native limestone rock, cedar, artesian water, all abundantly available on the Touch of Heaven property, as being key conceptual and design elements. A massive stone prayer wall and a biblical museum chronicling the history and the moves of the Holy Spirit will embellish the worship and fellowship venue. Waterfalls, streams, baptismal pools and a reproduction of the Bethesda pool will be filled from the world class artesian spring located on the property near the venue.

All Touch of Heaven locations, especially the amphitheater site, are outstanding options for live recording, streaming, filming or broadcast. The expansive and exquisite views of the lake, mountains, wide open heavens, sunrise and sunset are all magnificent settings gifted by our creator to share and be a constant reminder of His majesty. Facilities to accommodate these activities will be part of the design element.

Property access and parking are extremely convenient and provide a safe, easy and memorable experience.

CHARIOTS OF FIRE

In the Bible, chariots of fire and horses of fire symbolize God’s power and glory, and the transition between worlds. They are also used to represent God’s protection and triumph.

Taken to heaven in a chariot of fire as a dramatic display of God’s power, signifying his transition from earthly life to the heavenly realm, and to assure his successor, Elisha, that he would inherit Elijah’s prophetic mantle with even greater power; the fiery imagery represents God’s presence and the extraordinary nature of the event.

Natural Resources

At TOH, the abundant natural resources are being thoughtfully utilized to bring the vision to life while ensuring wildlife protection and conservation for generations to come.

Our world-class artesian spring delivers pure, fresh water—ideal for community use, baptismal and healing pools, and future bottling initiatives. This pristine water source is a cornerstone of TOH’s sustainable development.

Selective harvesting from our untouched forests provides timber for essential construction projects, fencing, and additional income-generating efforts to support TOH’s mission—all conducted with careful stewardship.

A vast on-site rock quarry supplies materials to develop TOH’s infrastructure, including miles of dirt roads, trails, scenic walls, and the impressive Chariot of Fire Amphitheater. Surplus rock will be sold locally, generating revenue to sustain our growth.

Spanning 886 acres, TOH is also home to a rich diversity of wildlife including deer, turkeys, bobcats, squirrels, and a wide array of birds—from eagles and hawks to cardinals and hummingbirds. Fish from nearby Bull Shoals Lake further enrich the ecosystem.

Adding to its beauty, over 22 varieties of wildflowers bloom from March through October, blanketing the mountains in vibrant color and supporting pollinators and other native species.

The flourishing plant ecosystem at TOH provides vital nourishment and shelter for a diverse array of wildlife and insects, while helping to preserve the rich, stable soil along the bluffs. Together with abundant water sources and vibrant animal life, these interconnected ecosystems create a thriving environment that feels like a modern-day Garden of Eden.

This fertile land also supports sustainable agriculture. Currently, over 100 mother cows and more than 75 calves graze on TOH’s nutrient-rich pastures, with plans to expand as additional fields are restored and fencing is repaired. In addition, TOH has received approval from a leading organic egg producer to begin poultry operations, further enhancing its role in regenerative farming and food production.

An Appeal To Heaven Revival Tent,
Prayer Wall & Baptismal Pool

America was founded in covenant so “The gospel will go forth from the shores of this nation to the shores of all the nations of the earth.” Our nation may have lost its way, but the remnant has awakened and on bended knees praying for repentance. Through prayer and the mercy of the Lord we have been given another chance and the body of Christ, the Ekklesia, is called to unite and issue forth the river of living water that will become the bride of Christ to welcome His return. As part of the third great awakening that is brewing in America, the streams will begin to flow together to become one powerful and unstoppable river. The mission of the Touch of Heaven project is to unite believers and support this great movement of the Holy Spirit which has been consistently prophesized to originate from the Ozark Mountains.

Touch Of Heaven is called to be open to all believers and to unite not only the local churches, pastors and congregations, but also the national and international body of Christ to help heal our land and our souls. TOH facilities are non-denominational and are open to be used by all who love Jesus as one body of Christ in service to the Lord.

An Appeal to Heaven Revival Tent will provide an initial area for worship, prayer and fellowship. This revival tent facility and grounds will immediately allow Touch of Heaven to commence the assigned Kingdom work while the permanent facilities are being designed and constructed. Water for the baptismal pool and healing pool will originate from the remarkable world class Artesian Spring located on the property. Along the perimeter of the grounds and below the tent and baptismal area, a 36-foot limestone prayer wall with prayer benches will facilitate solitude and encourage prayer and decree in this exceptional wilderness setting.

An Appeal to Heaven Museum will be dedicated to the American Covenant Story while several baptismal and healing pools will be designed and built on the grounds.
Praise be to God.

An Appeal To Heaven

“America was established by God for a divine purpose.”

Dutch Sheets calling is “to see America experience a Third Great Awakening, a revival that will sweep the world, becoming the greatest outpouring of the Holy Spirit since time began.”

The manifestation of the fulfillment of promises prayed for long ago need to mature over the ages and come to fruition through the “Synergy of the Ages.” These promises will be fulfilled if the generations of children, grandchildren and spiritual descendants join in the multiplication of power through prayer. Our agreement through prayer allows power to grow exponentially through “Generational Synergy.” Agreement through prayer with our nation’s founders can restore the success, favor, and blessings exponentially and allow our nation to heal and move forward with the grace and blessings to fulfill the God given mandate for America.

For America to return to its glory and its purpose we are called to turn the nation from its materialist path back to God. As Dutch Sheets prophesizes, we are called to tap into original purpose and intent. Sometimes to go forward we must look back, to covenant and what has come before. When America was founded in 1607 and the cross was planted on the beach at Cape Henry by pastor Robert Hunt, he proclaimed, “From these shores the gospel will go forth to not only this land but to all the nations of the earth.”

This is further trumpeted by the Mayflower Compact in 1620 from Massachusetts Bay Colony founding. While the Mayflower Compact was primarily a secular document it carried great spiritual weight for the Pilgrams who signed it because it was a covenant with God, provided a moral framework for governance based upon Christian principles and values, sought religious freedom and a chance to worship freely, and was a commitment to unity and cooperation in the community based upon the word of God. It became part of the American covenant.

This is the Americas destiny. It is the calling of Touch Of Heaven to honor the biblical roots upon which our country was founded as well as the outbreaks of the Holy Spirit that have moved us and are moving us now and to provide a world class venue to worship the Lord and save souls. This venue must be a majestic testimony to the father and will include an educational museum on site dedicated to the Holy Spirit, the spiritual roots of the founding of America and the re-awakening of America today. The moving of the Holy Spirit story, the American Covenant story and the Appeal To Heaven story will all be part of the venue. To rekindle, educate, memorialize and honor God’s purpose for mankind and America.

TOH is a kingdom project. For His Kingdom, for His Glory, In Jesus Name, Amen.

“The original American dream wasn’t about wealth, but freedom—freedom to worship and freedom from tyranny. It was also about partnering with God to release the light of His word to all nations, and exporting His glorious gospel to the ends of the earth.”
